Employee Purchase Programme

Terms & Conditions

The Employee Purchase Programme (‘Programme‘) is a benefit provided by Apple Distribution International (‘Apple‘) to current employees, contractors, and their family members of participating companies, and other organisations. The Programme is intended for personal use.

By submitting your order, you certify that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Employee Purchase Programme and confirm that you are an eligible person, of at least 18 years of age, to participate in this Programme as described above.

Under this Programme, Apple sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Apple reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Apple suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Programme Offering

Personal Discount: You may purchase or 'sponsor' up to three Mac, three iPad, three iPhone and three Watch each calendar year (1 January - 31 December). No more than the eligible quantity amount can be shipped to the same individual or entity (i.e. company, institution, club or group), whether that purchase is Sponsored solely by you or, also, by other eligible employees/members. To ‘Sponsor‘ means placing an order for a family member or friend.

You may not Sponsor the purchase of products by any educational institution.

Sales and Return Policies

Please note that most returns must be initiated within 14 days from the time you receive the product. Apple does not permit the return of certain products. All sales under the Programme are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Apple Online Store.
