If you have a defective Apple product, contact AppleCare at 1-800-275-2273. If the defective product is made by another company and purchased within the last 14 days, call us at 1-800-676-2775. If you received the item more than 14 days ago, please contact the manufacturer.
If you’d like to return an item, click “Start a return” to ship the item back to us, or take it to any U.S. Apple Store. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll initiate your refund immediately. Learn more about Apple Returns & Refunds (Opens in a new window)
Once you submit your return request, you’ll receive instructions for printing out a prepaid label. If your return includes a hazmat label, be sure it’s printed in color at 100 percent. You’ll need to print a new label for each box you ship back.
